Applications:
Lütze cable is an electrical wire used as an incremental encoder cable, connection cable for tacho sensor, brake sensor and speed sensor. It is also suitable for C-tracks, extremely rough operating conditions and aggressive coolants and lubricants. The temperature range for the fixed installation of this electrical cable is -40°C to +80°C, and the voltage is 30V.

Construction

This Lütze cable conductor is made of stranded copper. Copper is used for this application because of its amazing electrical properties and flexibility.
Insulation:
The Lütze cable has TPE insulation, which is resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures.
Jacket:
The servo wire has a PUR jacket, which is resistant to oils and chemicals.
Shield:
The servo wire has a tinned copper shield with an optical cover approx. 85%.
