15 kv Polymer Station Post Insulators APTTR205
About
GAMMA Polymer Distribution Station Post Insulators provide superior support and electrical insulation on overhead distribution lines and substation applications.
The core of the insulator is made of a corrosion resistant epoxy resin fiberglass rod constructed exclusively for electrical and mechanical applications. Housing and sheds consist of a one-piece injection molded composite material that chemically bonds to the core rod.
This creates a water-tight seal between the polymer and the rod that is impervious to moisture penetration.
To enhance performance in polluted environments the insulator is made of silicone rubber with additives.
GAMMA Polymer Station Post Insulators are designed, manufactured and tested according to ANSI standard C29.9.
