2″W Start International Electronic Tape Dispenser ZCM1000E
Description:
The Start International ZCM1000E electronic tape dispenser for dispensing two rolls of tape automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths, and is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The modified cutting head with dual photo sensors cuts tape from two rolls at the same time. The preset lengths of 51/64″ to 39″ (20mm to 999mm) can be overridden for a custom cut, and then returned to the auto feed settings. The feed roller pressure can be adjusted for tape thickness. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. The estimated blade life is 200,000 cuts, depending upon the type of tape material. The cut length tolerance is ?ñ 0.04″ (1mm). It is ideal for use with two rolls of tape.
